If you are shopping for sophistication, great technology, and premium amenities in your next car, you need to consider Buick. If you haven’t found the Buick you’re looking for yet, perhaps this may interest you: The Buick SUV lineup is expanding with the addition of the Encore GX model for the 2020 model year.
Nearly 90 percent of all Buick sales in the U.S. come from its SUVs, so it’s no surprise that another version of the Encore is on its way. “As we look to the future of Buick, the Encore GX positions us strongly as a consideration for those who want to purchase small or compact SUVs,” said Duncan Aldred, vice president of Global Buick and GMC.
Buyers will get a complete package when they choose the Encore GX. It will come standard with numerous driver safety aids including Forward Collision Alert, Front Pedestrian Braking, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, and Automatic Emergency Braking.
Inside, the Encore GX will have seating for up to five passengers. It will also come with a spacious cargo area that will provide about 5 cubic feet more room than the Encore and about 3 cubic feet less than the Envision.
The Encore GX will arrive in early 2020 at Jim Causley Buick GMC Truck. Once it does, Buick will have four premium SUV models to choose from: the Encore, Encore GX, Envision, and Enclave, all available here.
